Email outreach campaign management
Cold and warm calling support
Services are customized based on each client’s needs and are defined in a separate agreement or contract.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:
Revenue growth
Lead generation outcomes
Sales performance
Business success
We commit to performing agreed-upon tasks to a reasonable professional standard, based on the scope of work defined with each client.
4. Plans and Pricing
Any pricing displayed on this website is for informational purposes only.
Listed plans and prices are estimates designed to give a general idea of service costs and may vary based on actual workload, scope, and client requirements.
Final pricing, scope, and workload limits will be defined in a separate agreement between Stoddard Assistance and the client.
5. Payments
Payment terms are defined in individual client agreements.
In general:
Services are typically billed upfront for a defined service period (e.g., monthly)
Additional work beyond agreed scope must be approved by both parties and may be billed separately
Alternative payment arrangements may be offered at our discretion
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are considered non-refundable.
However, Stoddard Assistance may, at its sole discretion, issue partial refunds in specific situations.
If a client terminates services after payment:
Services may continue through the paid period, or
Services may be discontinued without refund, at the client’s request
If Stoddard Assistance terminates services before the end of a paid period, a prorated refund may be issued.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Communicate expectations clearly
Provide necessary access to tools, systems, and accounts
Respond in a timely manner when required
If the client fails to provide required information, instructions, or access:
Work will still be performed to the best of our ability within the allocated time
Outcomes may be impacted, and we are not responsible for incomplete or suboptimal results due to missing information
8. Service Agreements and Termination
All services are governed by separate agreements or contracts.
Unless otherwise specified:
Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time
Contracts are typically structured on a monthly basis
If a client terminates services:
No refunds will be issued for unused time
Services may continue through the paid period at the client’s discretion
If Stoddard Assistance terminates services:
A fair, prorated refund may be issued for unused time
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with the functionality or security of the website
10. Intellectual Property
